An ancient technique for modern day living.
Vedic meditation originated in India thousands of years ago. Practiced for just 20 minutes, twice a day, this style of meditation allows you to experience profound states of rest and stress relief which is needed in this modern day life. It is known as the “householder technique” of meditation.
The last 6 months has been exhausting and quite difficult with my health. I am so glad to be on this journey to help calm my nervous system. It is much needed!!
